Staying true to their commitment of building the “students’ home,”  Prince Jun Real Estate Corp. is well on its way to providing accessibility, prestige, security, comfort and convenience to the people, especially students.

“Being one of Manila’s pioneers in providing quality condominiums, we have successfully built tower after tower and have grown better and bigger, built buildings higher and higher,” said Prince Jun Vice President Elizabeth Sunga.

“All towers are strategically located at the university belt area and we are proud to say that we are able to achieve this success with our mantra ‘one project at a time,’” she shared.  It is with this mantra that Prince Jun President Domingo Roque Jr. was able to develop a legacy within the university belt area, capturing the market through delivering residences with the most essential components for students.

The real estate developer already has four University Towers in Manila alone:  the 24-storey University Tower Moret, 32-storey University Tower Galicia, 38-storey University Tower Malate and 48-storey University Tower P. Noval.  A fifth tower is currently being built as Prince Jun continues to establish their foothold in the España area.  University Tower España, which was launched in a groundbreaking ceremony earlier this year, stands in front of University of Santo Tomas, practically a stone’s throw from one of the country’s more prominent universities.

Prince Jun’s newest offering will stand at 52 storeys and will feature commercial establishments at the lower level. Upon its completion, it is expected to be the tallest building in España that will change the landscape and outlook of Manila’s university belt area.

“Imagine not having to worry about how your kids will get to school since they are merely seconds away,” Sunga pointed out.

With University Tower España as residence, one is right at the heart of the university belt.  Aside from being merely across UST, other schools and universities such as Far Eastern University, University of the East, Philippine School of Business Administration, San Sebastian, San Beda and Centro Escolar University are simply a few minutes away.

“University Tower España will make your dreams come true as it offers the three Cs of living: convenience, confidence and comfort,” said the Prince Jun VP.

Each tower features amenities designed with the comfort and convenience of its student residents in mind. University Tower P. Noval or Tower IV, for instance, has the Student Cafe where student residents can have meals without having to step out of the building; Student Business Center where they can do their school work at peace; Student Laundry and Water Station; Student Spa where residents can go for some much needed pampering; Student Fitness Center which features top-of-the-line gym equipment; swimming pool and the Student Theater where residents who wish to take a short break from studying can watch movies for free.  Such amenities can even be enjoyed when parents come over their children’s place for a visit, like staying at a 5-star hotel sans the hefty hotel bill.

“Comfort and safety are our top priorities,” said Sunga.  University Tower España will house a swimming pool with a jacuzzi, a gym with modern equipment for the residents who wish to do their daily workout and a student library with computers to make doing schoolwork more convenient and encouraging. The student-targeted condominium’s roof deck will also feature jogging trails, an outdoor gym, a fountain garden, cabana and a venue for sing-along parties.  “You will be pampered and live in the lap of luxury,” she promised.

It is but natural for parents to worry about their children, no matter what age the latter are in.  To allay the concern of parents regarding their children’s safety while living in a Prince Jun Real Estate Corp. development, the company has hired top structural engineers from the United States.  “They are working on seismic hazard that will analyze how our condominiums can withstand even the strongest earthquake magnitude and wind engineering analyses for typhoons and tornadoes,” explained Sunga.  “You will sleep soundly as we guarantee your child’s safety.”

“As they say, there are no guarantees in life.  Living at University Tower España, however, guarantees convenience, confidence and comfort.  Lastly, University Towers is not just a luxury but a necessity,” Sunga concluded.
