Sta. Lucia named best property developer
Sta. Lucia Land Inc. won recognition as the best property developer at the 2018 Philippines Business Awards by UK-based Apac Insider Magazine.
The company was specifically cited as the Best Real Estate Development Company.
The company was noted for its client service, ability to adapt to changes in the market, dedication to innovation and “enthusiasm to stand head and shoulders above the competition.”

The award-giving body took note of Sta. Lucia Land’s expansive portfolio of real estate developments across 10,000 hectares of land, located within key areas in 15 provinces.
Sta. Lucia Land, known for development residential communities, is part of the Sta. Lucia Group, which has more than 45 years solid track record in property development.
To date, the Sta. Lucia Group has completed more than 220 projects, comprising of residential, commercial, leisure and retail assets. By year-end, Sta. Lucia will also mark its foray in office space development.
The winners are decided through votes gathered from its network of respected industry partners and its own in-house research. Each award nominee is carefully examined, with the judging panel taking into account a company’s performance in the past 12 months.
The 2018 Philippines Business Awards by Apac Insider Magazine—a quarterly publication that provides updates from across the Asia Pacific region—celebrates the leading enterprises, business ventures and the individuals behind them, which have been instrumental in providing the best products and services in an increasingly competitive business environment.
Sta. Lucia was joined by 16 other Philippine companies, which similarly bagged awards in their respective sectors.
These include talent acquisition and management, computer retail, travel agency, customer contact services provider, language school, digital media, restaurant marketing services provider, e-learning provider and web services provider.
