Cebu Pacific Air will conduct system upgrades on its booking system on Oct. 9 and 10.
In an advisory issued on Monday, the airline said that during the upgrading process customers would not be able to book or manage flights from 7 p.m. on Oct. 9 to 7 a.m. on Oct. 10 via its website, call center, mobile app, and authorized sales agents.
Online check-in will also be unavailable. Cebu Pacific airport teams will instead conduct manual check-in of passengers during the upgrading period.
The airline “strongly advised” passengers to check in their baggage in advance and encouraged them to be at the airport 3 hours before their flight for pre-departure procedures.
Passengers unable to rebook or cancel their itinerary may choose to rebook their flights without penalties within seven days or opt for a travel fund with no penalties.
“We sincerely hope for our guests’ understanding, as we work on improving our system to serve you better,” the airline said. /atm
