In less than six weeks, a select crop of the country’s most esteemed real estate companies and their most premium developments will be aptly recognized.
Top online property portal Lamudi Philippines will be hosting on November 15 The Outlook, an annual gala that celebrates property developers and projects that made the biggest impact in the industry in the past year, in partnership with the Property Section of the Philippine Daily Inquirer.
Nominations for The Outlook 2018 officially kicked off in May this year and ended in June, during which real estate developers nominated their most notable projects under various categories. All nominated projects underwent an initial screening by a reputable panel of judges, including two editors from Inquirer’s Property Section.
The shortlisted projects were then put to the test via a nationwide survey of 10,000 property seekers. Survey respondents were then classified based on their search interests to ensure accuracy and relevance of their answers in each category.
Lamudi’s Global CEO Kian Moini will formally open the black-tie gala, which will be held on November 15 at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel.
Apart from the awarding ceremony, The Outlook will also serve as an opportunity for discussion and knowledge sharing, with Ambassador Jose Santiago L. Sta. Romana, Philippine Ambassador to China, delivering the keynote speech. He is expected to explore the Philippine-China relations by putting the spotlight on the prospects and perspectives between the two countries and what is in store for the Philippine real estate sector.
So what’s at stake this coming November 15? A total of 16 awards meant to recognize some of the best realty firms and projects in the local property sector. Here are some of the Grand Awards that you can expect.
