1. The Outlook by Lamudi and co-presented by Inquirer Property will recognize leading industry projects and real estate developers in the country as selected by an esteemed panel of judges, and based on a survey participation of over 10,000 active property seekers.

2. This is the second edition of The Outlook by Lamudi.

3. For this year’s edition, Philippine real estate developers have nominated their most prominent projects under various categories.

4. All nominated projects were screened by an esteemed panel of judges.

5. The shortlisted projects will be put to the test via a survey among 10,000 property seekers.

6. Participating property seekers will be grouped in a way that will ensure that audience groups will only vote in the categories that match their search interests.

7. The Special Awards (Best Green Project of the Year 2018 and the Philippine Daily Inquirer Property Best Innovation Project of the Year) and Personality Awards nominations were screened only by the judges.
