It was exactly 24 years ago on this day when three courageous women entrepreneurs pooled their talents and resources to establish what would become one of the country’s fastest growing marketing arms in the real estate industry: Royale Homes Marketing Corp. (RHMC).
It was their vision to provide only the best projects to their clients—from house and lot packages, residential lots, commercial lots, condominiums, golf and leisure estates and beach resorts—and to give total quality service to Filipinos.
And it did not take long before Royale Homes won the confidence of one of the country’s leading real estate developers, Sta. Lucia Land Inc. Proving its capabilities to effectively market this trusted developer’s projects, the said marketing company also won the trust of Sta. Lucia’s joint venture partners.
Not long after, agents and business partners started to flock to Royale Homes, thus building its sales force and network by leaps and bounds.
It can be recalled that barely four years from its initial operations, Royale Homes successfully marketed projects in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Rizal, Batangas, Baguio, Pangasinan, Subic and Davao City.
And today, Royale Homes has even gone global, opening up new markets in the United States, through its active participation in the Sta. Lucia Land Property Expo in San Francisco, San Jose, and New Jersey.
From a one-room office in 1994, Royale Homes now has a training and development center and branches located in key cities across the country, where Sta. Lucia projects are present.
Guided by the vision of its founders, backed by the dedication and perseverance of its people, and banking on a good and strong partnership with Sta. Lucia Land, Royale Homes continues to provide quality products, excellent service and guaranteed investment to its clients.
As it continues to sparkle, dazzle and shine, Royale Homes celebrated its anniversary with the theme, “Certified 24k Gold.” A Thanksgiving Mass was held yesterday at the RHMC main office followed by an anniversary program at the Santorini Function Room at Sta. Lucia Residenze where outstanding employees for 2017 to 2018 were duly recognized. —Din M. Villafuerte
