It can be recalled that barely four years from its initial operations, Royale Homes successfully marketed projects in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Rizal, Batangas, Baguio, Pangasinan, Subic and Davao City.
And today, Royale Homes has even gone global, opening up new markets in the United States, through its active participation in the Sta. Lucia Land Property Expo in San Francisco, San Jose, and New Jersey.
From a one-room office in 1994, Royale Homes now has a training and development center and branches located in key cities across the country, where Sta. Lucia projects are present.

As it continues to sparkle, dazzle and shine, Royale Homes celebrated its anniversary with the theme, “Certified 24k Gold.” A Thanksgiving Mass was held yesterday at the RHMC main office followed by an anniversary program at the Santorini Function Room at Sta.
