Treichler noted that their units are well designed and spacious, with cuts ranging from a one-bedroom to a four-bedroom unit. Sizes meanwhile will start at 81 sqm for a one-bedroom unit. On offer are 460 units, equivalent to having an average of 10 units per floor—thus giving residents exceptional privacy and exclusivity.
Residents of one-bedroom units will have the Makati skyline as their view while the bigger cuts will enjoy the breathtaking vista of the course. At a certain height, one might even get a glimpse of the Manila Bay.
Prices are yet to be announced. But according to Susan Lee Yu, sales director for Shang Residences at Wack Wack, prices may roughly average P250,000 per sqm.

It’s probably also the reason why Shang Properties decided not to include a commercial area within the development, which is a usual feature in many condos. This, according to Treichler, was meant to value the privacy of the Shang Residences buyers.
