GOINGS ON: Themes & Motifs opens new corporate office in QC

Themes & Motifs has opened its new office to serve as headquarters for its wedding and special events-related businesses.

These business include events management, publications and e-commerce.

The past 17 years has seen the growth of Themes & Motifs from its humble beginnings to one of the country’s leading wedding-related companies.

Themes & Motifs produces top wedding fairs including the upcoming Wedding Expo Philippines on Sept. 8–9 at the SMX Mall of Asia.

Hadsap expands advocacy on nutrition education

The Health and Dietary Supplement Association of the Philippines (Hadsap) has done its share over the years, to ensure that education on basic nutrition in the Philippines continues.

This year however, Hadsap decided it was time to cascade that education to those who need it most, young mothers at the grassroots level.

“Typically, kids between the ages one and five are the most at risk of malnutrition. That’s where you start, if there are nutrient deficiencies early on in life, then you will have a harder time catching up later on, so that’s why you address them during the first five years of life. So that’s why we targeted moms with young families in particular,” shares Hadsap president Leni Olmedo, country manager of Amway Philippines.
