Avida Land Corp. continues its foray into the residential condominium segment in Davao with the launch of its second project, in the Abreeza District—the Avida Towers Abreeza.
Located along JP Laurel Ave., Avida Towers Abreeza is a condominium development offering 736 residential units and 3 podium parking floors.
It is located within the Abreeza District, a joint venture between Ayala Land Inc. and Anflo Management and Investment Corp. (Anflocor).
The 10-ha development has a mix of residential and commercial components namely Abreeza Residences, Abreeza Place and Patio Suites by Alveo; Ayala Malls Abreeza, Seda Hotel and Corporate Center. The launch of Avida Towers Abreeza will increase the total development of Abreeza District to 12 ha.
The Avida Towers Abreeza will cater to young professionals with a busy lifestyle that imbibes the progressive growth of Davao City. Unit sizes will range from 22 sqm to 52 sqm, while prices start at P2.9 million.
Avida Land AVP for project and strategic management group Herbert Herrero explained that this project aims to make life easier for its residents by providing essential systems such as back-up power, 24/7 security, fire systems and waste disposal systems, among others.
Herrero added that the “government’s efforts on tax reform and its commitment to infrastructure investments keep the trajectory of the Philippine economy positive and will continue to increase domestic consumption and encourage investment. With this, Avida is looking to further expand its presence in the next five years by potentially offering horizontal subdivision developments in Davao Region.”
Avida Towers Abreeza has already generated approximately P705 million in revenue, or equivalent to 180 units for its first tower.
