According to Enderun Colleges Director for Sustainability Engr. Edmond Maceda, “This year, our summit tackled various sustainable development challenges through the lens of water, our most precious resource which is increasingly scarce and increasingly polluted due to population growth. We were honored to have no less than former Presidential Adviser for Environmental Protection, former LLDA General Manager, and principal author of the Clean Water Act, Dr. Neric Acosta, as keynote speaker and panelist, joined by other distinguished panelists and moderators. All five panels generated flowing conversations and audience interaction, and we are deeply grateful to all our speakers for sharing their time and expert insights. We look forward to developing the partnerships formed and collaborating on next year’s Sustainability Summit 2019 and other spinoff events.”
