Upscale property developer Anchor Land has topped off the 43-story luxury condominium tower Admiral Grandsuites along Manila Bay, positioned to become one of the “most coveted” addresses for the discerning market.
Admiral Grandsuites is part of Anchor Land’s Admiral Property which includes the 53-story luxury Admiral Baysuites and the Admiral Hotel, the latter is set to become part of the MGallery Collection of Accor Hotels.
Topping off is a builder’s rite when the last beam is placed on a building to mark the completion of the main structure. The developer, however, will still have to work on the interior finish as well as the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
The luxury condominium offers 180-degree and 360-degree views of Manila Bay and Metro Manila skyline. The tower has a limited number of 50 units of luxurious residences and exclusive premiere club amenities.
“Manila’s rich culture reflects the influence of Spanish and Western aristocrats. As inspired by the Admiral Hotel, Admiral Grandsuites fuses the richness of historic Manila with contemporary luxuries,” Anchor Land president Elizabeth Ventura said.
The luxury tower is accessible to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and CCP Complex, the country’s center of arts. It is also near the SM Mall of Asia complex and the booming Entertainment City, home to integrated resorts such as Solaire Resorts and Casino, City of Dreams and Okada Manila.
“Once completed, the Admiral Property will help tell the wonderful history of Old Manila. Both local and international residents and guests will be treated to a culture-rich luxury experience,” Ventura added.
