Online entrepreneurs boost their sales with cheaper, efficient courier services

With five thousand pesos earned from selling her old clothes online, Beverly Estrada started investing her hard-earned money though selling corsets in 2009. Nine years after, she has established her online shop named Icah Online shop with 245,000 followers buying her products.

Her online empire is being raved by Filipinos nationwide with women choosing her personal brand of corsets. On top of this, she also sells Korean cosmetics at a relatively lower price than in the usual market which makes her store more attractive to online shoppers.

Every day, Estrada rakes about 30 orders from her loyal customers. She needs to send these orders right away after every cut-off and make sure these are delivered on time at the right place. With the help of her trusted partner in delivery services, she and Zoom have created a partnership that has been mutually growing ever since.

The new waybill and packaging of Zoom helps online sellers track their business better, faster and more efficient.

“I started first with other courier services but in the end, I chose to stick with Zoom,”  said Beverly Estrada who owns the corset online shop. “They (Zoom) have been very helpful in our operations and have boosted our sales because of the lower price for delivery but, competitive in terms of services compared to other couriers.”

Since the start of operations in 2016, Zoom Celero Couriers Inc. or popularly known as simply Zoom, has already been changing the delivery system landscape in the Philippines. With its lower delivery rates, reliable and competitive services, Zoom is poised to dominate the industry with the help of their customers, especially online businessmen and women, who have been their biggest assets in this business.

Beverly Estrada, who owns Icah Online Shop, takes down the orders and gets these ready for pick-up by Zoom.

“Our sales have gone up because most of our customers prefer lower delivery charges,” Estrada explains. “With lower delivery rates compared to other couriers that charge 3 times more, our customers can allot their remaining money to buying more products hence, boosting our sales.”

Estrada also explained that the trust also comes with the quality of service Zoom gives. “From the pick-up riders, up to the founder of Zoom, they have been very helpful to our concerns most especially if there are delays,” the single momtrepreneur said. She further added that Zoom has been very responsive with their queries and of their clients. “I would only need to message them and they would fast track the parcels that have been delayed.”

Another online entrepreneur who started from the bottom, now the source of Korean cosmetics and other products for its 126,000 followers, Krasnaya Eala, owner of another online shop called Yeppuda Korean Sampler PH, learned about Zoom’s services through her account on Shopee where Zoom has been the trusted partner of the online selling platform.

Krasnaya Eala owns Yeppuda Korean Sampler PH is proud to have Zoom as her partner in business.

“It is with Zoom that I became at ease with my product deliveries,” Eala said. “They are fast, trustworthy and affordable to our customers.”

Eala explained that any delivery services in the country will always have some problems along the way like delays but for her, “I only had very few customers who had negative feedback and most of them have addresses that are hard to reach by delivery.”

Zoom’s newly improved sticker waybills and parcel packaging, as well as the online tracking system which they have upgraded has given more customers their credibility as a delivery courier service  with the assurance that each package will never be missed out for tracking and delivery.

With 30 parcels to be delivered every day for Estrada’s shop and 200 to 300 parcels for Eala every week ready for delivery, these two online entrepreneurs have attested that it would be hard for them to operate their online businesses if the courier was incompetent.

Sweetie Mamalias, Zoom’s founder has said that it is their business to mind the business of their partners and create a sustaining environment where all parties can grow.

“We have been working very hard to keep this courier business a trusted partner for our clients because we always believe that every parcel successfully delivered is a reflection of our success and our client’s, too,” Mamalias said.

Mamalias also added that there is still a lot of work to do in Zoom. Aside from the newly produced sticker waybills and parcel packages, they are moving forward to look into ways that would improve their delivery ratings to 100%. – INQUIRER.net BrandRoom/KS
