Seal of approval
A member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH), Anya Resort is one of just over 500 luxury boutique hotels accepted into the exclusive organization. Getting the SLH seal of approval is in itself a feat, as Anya is just the third one in the Philippines to receive such an honor.
But it doesn’t end there. Every 12 to 18 months, the group sends mystery inspectors to check if each hotel has been living up to the world-class standards SLH prides itself in.
Just recently, Anya welcomed one of these undercover guests, and garnered a score of 93.5 percent, a significant achievement for the small hotel in its first year of operations.
“The resort already appears to be operating like a well-oiled machine,” read one of the comments from the inspector.
