Shell, Eastern prices up 55¢-P1.40

Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. has raised the price of its premium gasoline by P1.40, regular gasoline by P1, kerosene by 70 centavos and diesel by 55 centavos a liter effective Tuesday.

Shell said the increases reflected the upward movement of fuel prices in the global oil market.

Eastern Petroleum also announced that effective 6 a.m. Tuesday, it will increase the price of its diesel by 55 centavos per liter, unleaded and premium gasoline by P1.40, regular gasoline by P1 and kerosene by 75 centavos.
