Distinct community takes shape

Buyers will be able to appreciate Idesia Dasmariñas’ modern Asian aesthetics and environment-friendly features.

Barely two months after leading the groundbreaking ceremony of Idesia Dasmariñas in Cavite, PA Properties-Hankyu One Inc. announced in February the completion of all its model units.

Recently, it also disclosed that construction has already begun for the common areas and other vital structures that will soon turn this 11-ha development into a residential haven in Dasmariñas City.

Idesia Dasmariñas—a joint venture of Laguna-based developer PA Properties and real estate giant Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. of Osaka, Japan—is set to build over 900 units comprised of single detached homes, single attached homes and townhouses.

“These updates only show how serious we are in our commitment to deliver on time this particular project in Dasmariñas City. Like all our developments, our aim for Idesia Dasmariñas is to build homes and a community that our buyers will aspire to and that enhances the local area,” said PA Properties chair Romarico Alvarez.

“In the case of Idesia Dasmariñas, we will ensure that the homes we will build are of high quality, are built safely, efficiently, cost-effectively and with minimal impact on the environment. We thank our partner Hankyu Hanshin Properties for helping us make all these possible,” he added.

Ready for viewing

Alvarez is proud that the three model units are now ready for viewing.

“Our buyers will be able to appreciate Idesia Dasmariñas’ modern Asian aesthetics and environment-friendly features. These model units are characterized by their clean and contemporary looks that would appeal to starting couples, growing families and young, urban professionals,” he said.

Visitors on site could now closely inspect which model unit appeals more to them:

“Hankyu Hanshin and its parent company became well-known in Japan for building attractive towns and cities by railway lines. The group is able to build neighborhoods that people will grow only more attached to over the years,” said PA Properties president Jonathan Lu.

“As their partner here in the Philippines, we will be applying the same philosophy to Idesia Dasmariñas. The development is situated along major crossroads: Governor’s Drive and Aquinaldo Highway. The design of the homes and the whole community show a keen appreciation for nature, neighborhood and community,” Lu said.

Lu also added that to complete the community there will be gyms, swimming pools, lounge areas, jogging paths, a basketball court, bike lanes, a children’s playground, pocket gardens and WiFi hubs.

More collaborations

Alvarez said he is excited about this particular project considering this will be the first and hopefully the start of many more collaborations with Hankyu Hanshin Properties.

“This joint venture only strengthens PA Properties, which already has 23 years of experience in providing affordable and quality housing, as we are now learning more from the expertise and housing technology that the 71-year-old Hankyu Hanshin has developed,” he said.

Alvarez believes that even after delivering about 19,000 housing units in Laguna, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Pampanga and Metro Manila, the company should go on pursuing strategic expansion that hopefully will generate 15,000 more housing units in the next five years.

“PA Properties acknowledges that partnering with Hankyu Hanshin in developing ldesia Dasmariñas would not only help the company gain more experience, expertise and building technology know-how. All these will also help us realize our advocacy to help ease the more than 6 million housing backlog the Philippines still suffers from,” Alvarez concluded.
