Multi-complex property rises in ‘next wave city’

Accessibility will not be an issue since Tierra Lorenzo Lipa is located just a few minutes away from the STAR Tollway exit and strategically located near JP Laurel Highway. It also offers residents the convenience of living within close proximity to the necessities of everyday living, being situated near Robinsons Place Lipa and De La Salle Lipa.
Each unit will come equipped with a built-in kitchen cabinet with countertop and sink, bathroom accessories and fixtures, provision for cable TV, local area network and telephone, intercom, smoke detector and fire sprinkler, among others.
The multi-complex property will feature a spacious playground, a fully-equipped fitness center for residents of all ages, a pool deck and bar and a multipurpose pavilion ideal for family get-togethers.
