Rustic yet modern lifestyle awaits Batangueños

RESIDENZA Milano allows its residents to enjoy contemporary Italian-style homes.

With its much renowned kapeng barako and balisong, pristine white beaches and rustic charm, Batangas has been a favorite destination by local and foreign tourists.

But while Batangas retains much of its rural flavor, reflecting a rich, centuries-old culture of kinship and religion, its towns and cities have since evolved, even developing to become hubs of economic activity.

Lipa City, for instance, has now become a bustling first-class city, attracting not only large firms and multinationals but also catching the watchful eye of real estate developers that target to provide a kind of living that will reflect the modern, changing times.

The project is five minutes away from the Batangas City proper and is accessible through public transportation. Land development has already been completed and is ready for turnover for fully-paid buyers.

ARTIST’S perspective of the Bloomfield Heights clubhouse

Following the success of Residenza Milano, Robinsons Homes will again soon offer its first premium neighborhood in Batangas, which it named the Bloomfield Heights Lipa. Built on 12 hectares of rolling terrain, this contemporary tropical-inspired enclave offers over 300 residential lots, with sizes ranging from 180 to 320 square meters.

According to RLC, the Bloomfields Heights Lipa would be ideal for families who value privacy and security while living in masterplanned, themed homes. It is also an eco-friendly neighborhood where up to 40 percent of the total land area will be dedicated to open spaces, giving its residents bigger room to move about.

Aside from having wide open spaces, this pedestrian-friendly enclave will also feature various amenities, including a clubhouse, swimming pool, parks and play areas, jogging path, gazebo and play court.

In terms of location, the Bloomfields Heights Lipa will prove to be strategic, as the latest Batangas development from RLC will be a mere walking distance from Robinsons Place Lipa and De La Salle Lipa. Other institutions like the Lipa City Science High School, Mediatrix Hospital and San Sebastian Cathedral are likewise highly accessible.

For commuters to Metro Manila, the Star Toll-Tambo exit is an easy 2.72 kilometers away, the company added.

“As property investments and lifestyle choices, both Residenza Milano and Bloomfields Heights Lipa are sensible alternatives. As projects of a trusted and well-respected property developer with a long history of dependability and quality, these projects constitute intelligent real estate options for Batangueños who are careful with their investments and astute with their money,” RLC concluded.
