The Ayala Malls opens another shopping and dining destination, the Ayala Malls Vertis North in Quezon City.
Ayala Malls Vertis North, the first mall that caters to the hip lifestyle of today’s young generation, is located in the up-and-coming central business and lifestyle district that is Vertis North, and right across the first large format hotel of the homegrown chain, Seda Hotel. It also boasts a fusion of modern technology, art, and passion, thus giving birth to exciting and cutting edge innovations.
Surrounded by several private villages, offices and schools, the Ayala Malls Vertis North is set to be the trendsetter for modern fashion, food, and fun in the north.
The mall houses 200 brands covering a variety of choices for the community with different tastes and lifestyles. It hosts an array of well curated selections for customers by complementing what TriNoma already has.
True to its proposition, Ayala Malls Vertis North opened many firsts not only in Quezon City but also in the Philippines. UFC Gym, Aivee Clinic, Global Views, Cocina Peruvia, Thai BBQ, and Scout’s Honor are a few of the first-concept brands brought in Northern Metro Manila, while, Nathan’s Famous and Intersport are global brands which opened their first stores in the Philippine market at the mall.

With some pieces only available through professional interior designers, Global Views shops give access to signature furniture pieces from abroad.
Apart from their shop at Vertis North, the other location is at Shangri-La at the Fort. Home & Beyond carries accent furniture pieces that were designed by Jo herself. The shop also has paintings, pillows, animal skins and wonderful gift items.
Ayala Malls Vertis North is home to two new and game-changing formats for dining and entertainment. First, the mall introduces two pioneering concepts in the Philippines, the Japan Town and Korea Town (slated to open in March 2018). These anchors bring the popular and well-curated Japanese and Korean shopping and dining experience, all in one roof.
The Japan Town @ Vertis Ginza, with its own activity center and food hall, showcases the best of Japan in Ayala Malls.
Korea Town meanwhile is a breakthrough concept from Ayala Malls which will bring in the same eccentrically-busy street vibe of Korea closer to local consumers.
Second, the mall houses the country’s biggest digital screen with two private skyboxes—the first ever A-Giant Screen of Ayala Malls, which has been a preferred venue for premiere nights and block screenings.
Ayala Malls Vertis North is also set to open the Urban Turf, which shall imbibe the characteristics of a hip, fresh, funky, edgy, dynamic and trendy hang out place for the new generation of teenagers.
Adding further to the mall’s unique charm is The Garden, traversing the entire area between the four retail buildings, centrally located to give mall-goers a piece of nature and tranquility in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city.
Lastly, there are two available event areas where various exciting activities can be held.
Ayala Malls Vertis North has a 300 sqm activity center which can accommodate intimate concerts, lifestyle exhibits and workshops while the ABS-CBN Vertis Tent, with a seating capacity of 1,200 people and a standing capacity of 2,000, is the ideal venue for conventions, product launches, concerts and parties. It is the first large capacity air-conditioned tent venue in Quezon City.
