Kho’s vantage view

In a market saturated with high rise condominiums, how can any one residence be a cut above the rest?

According to Zim Kho, a future resident at The Vantage, a Rockwell Primaries development at the heart of Kapitolyo, it all boils down to a golden trio of location, price and design.

“Before purchasing [a unit at] The Vantage, I went and checked other condos around the area,” Kho said. “[This was] the best choice. This is due to a perfect mix of great location, flexible payment terms, and quality of design, which I believe matched the lifestyle that I will continue to be living in.”

In Kho’s case, his is a lifestyle wherein he is constantly on the move, eager to position himself at the forefront of the latest trends, and aiming to strike that often elusive balance between work and play.

In his experience, these are all checkboxes that The Vantage has permitted him to tick.

“Living in a condo would provide me easier access to everyday needs [and] services such as shopping, groceries and more,” Kho exlplained. “With a continuing fast-paced lifestyle, living in a condo in a great location is ideally for me.”

The Vantage’s oasis-like pool allows for complete relaxation.

Kapitolyo may not have the same storied history as other condo hotspots in Makati or Bonifacio Global City (BGC), but it’s only a matter of time before it does. Barely on anyone’s radar five years ago, the neighborhood has since boomed in record time, thanks to its stunning rise as one of Manila’s food capitals, boasting a diverse assortment of trendy hole-in-the-wall joints that rival those in Maginhawa St. in Quezon City.

Unlike Maginhawa, however, the area’s growth was further augmented by the rise of various upscale establishments, carving for it a unique brand that could appeal to all types of demographics.

“[Kapitolyo] is really ideal, being in the middle of central business districts (CBDs). It’s close to work and offers food discoveries, which really deviate from [the] usual food shops you find,” Kho said.

“Kapitolyo is also at the center of the three major CBDs (Makati, Mandaluyong and BGC). With the location comes the flexibility and control over daily work-life commutes and ease of joining in any activities within the CBD area,” he said, adding that with the absence of the hours-long commute, he no longer had to worry about missing dinners with friends and family after work.

Unit cuts range from a studio to a three bedroom unit.

The Vantage is less than a kilometer away from a number of leisure centers and less than 3 km away from major shopping centers like Edsa Shangri-La Mall and SM Megamall.

Schools (University of Asia and the Pacific, St. Paul Pasig College), churches (Holy Family Parish Church, St. Francis of Assissi Church) and hospitals (The Medical City, St. Luke’s BGC) are also all within a one to three-kilometer radius of the Rockwell Primaries development.

“Vantage” means “a position giving a strategic advantage, commanding perspective or comprehensive view,” and the property more than lives up to its name in this regard.

Apart from its proximity to places of both professional and personal significance, the two high rise residences of The Vantage will offer unparalleled views of the BGC, Makati and Mandaluyong CBD skylines.

With additional amenities like an oasis-like swimming pool and warmly-lit, exquisitely landscaped skydecks, as well as vast home choices that run the gamut from a studio to a three bedroom unit, it’s easy to see why The Vantage has worked so well for Kho. But it’s even easier to see how it could also work well for just about anyone.
