So what makes a home? Is it just a physical structure that keeps one safe from the elements? Is it just an address? More than anything, a home is a place where we make memories. It is a sanctuary where we find our inner peace and reconnect with the most important people in our lives. Above all, it is a place where love resides.
At Rockwell communities, residents are offered with more than just a home. It is an experience where they can rely on a property that is always on the upkeep. The living environment in Rockwell is conducive for all ages whether you are nurturing a young family, enjoying the bliss of retirement or climbing the corporate ladder. At Rockwell, they aspire to live up to your expectations and give you the very comforts of living in the city.
Paolo and Tina Tanjuatco speak of their fond memories in living in Rockwell. For them, “having a home is not just a structure but the experience and long-term care for the community and we know how good and experienced Rockwell is when it comes to keeping their properties in its best condition and its community.”
They say that they often feel love through the consistent service of the Rockwell staff from security, housekeeping, engineering and the admin office. “The people add up to the wonderful stay in a Rockwell property,” said Paolo, a director at Globe Telecom.
“Home extends to wherever we go within the property and is not confined to the walls of our own unit,” added Tina, a homemaker.
Christmas will be more meaningful for the Tanjuatcos especially now that they are part of the Rockwell community. “The warmth, and genuine care we get from Rockwell definitely defines Christmas and a whole year of cheer,” Paolo said. Also residing in Rockwell are the Tanjuatco’s extended family. It will indeed be a family affair when they celebrate Christmas. “The feeling of contentment and happiness is overflowing this Christmas as our family celebrates with our Rockwell family in our home,” said Tina.
Over at The Grove, Antonio Dayrit handpicked this Rockwell project due to its reputation, image and quality projects. He is yet to get used to the feeling of living in a stress-free environment. “I’ve had encountered problems that I got from the other developers, but with Rockwell I’ve never experienced those problems at all. I am a happy Rockwell resident,” he said.
Impressive is the word he used to describe the service at The Grove. He commends the cleaners, security guards and the management for maintaining an attitude of being good natured. “Every time I come home, I feel the safety and security of the development. I cannot ask for more,” he said.
He said that he appreciates small gestures like when he unloads stuff from his car, there’s always a guard or a cleaner with a trolly that is ready to help him without asking any questions. All the amenities like the gym and pool are always clean and well-maintained.
Antonio looks forward to what Rockwell has in store for residents like him this Christmas.
“Christmas parties of Rockwell are always well planned. I’m looking forward to attend all the Rockwell gatherings for residents. You can feel the spirit of Christmas because of the duralights of the buildings and also how Rockwell prepares for Christmas season,” said Antonio.
Jamm Alexandria San Juan is a resident of East Bay. She and her family consider Rockwell as their favorite place since they moved here five years ago. “Our family loves it because the community Rockwell creates is one that is safe and exclusive but also very welcoming. The projects have high quality finishes and have a complete set of amenities. It is also very convenient because Rockwell has a lot of well curated retail and dining options. You wouldn’t need to go anywhere else,” she explained.
According to Jamm, every Rockwell project is always well-thought of from its name, to the design up to the landscapes. “Rockwell does not disappoint with what it promises,” San Juan said. And spending Christmas in Rockwell for the last five years, she says that she never gets tired of the lights in the mall, buildings and palm trees. “It always adds warmth to the upcoming Christmas season,” she said.
In addition, Jamm loves the delectable food choices at Rockwell. “The Rockwell neighborhood also has good food choices, cozy hangout spots coupled with great people to be around with. Christmas at Rockwell is definitely the best when you’re in Manila,” she concluded.
For Ayla Gomez, a resident of 32 Sanson, the feeling of being close to nature makes her more at home in Rockwell. “What I love most about Rockwell is that they always tie in nature and the outdoors to really give that peace of mind and relaxing feeling as soon as you come home,” she said.
“You can breathe and really walk around the vicinity, while enjoying great amenities that helps keep life balanced. Plus, you are assured of great security through their system,” she concluded
