Dasmariñas project aims for healthy balance
Imagine a community, where you want your lifetime story to evolve, a place where you want to see your children grow up, surrounded by a loving family, friends, plenty of recreational activities and in close proximity with nature, to prime shopping as well as dining destinations.
“When we conceived Idesia Dasmariñas in Cavite, we envisioned a place where our future residents can have the chance to fulfill their dreams. As the lines between home and work fade with opportunities of remote work and entrepreneurial ventures, we took into consideration our future residents who want a community where they can do it all yet still have a chance to connect with nature,” explained Romarico “Bing” Alvarez, PA Properties chair.
Alvarez is proud to offer Idesia Dasmariñas, a development built in partnership with Hankyu Realty Co. Ltd., the property arm of Japanese conglomerate Hankyu Hanshin Holdings, Inc.
The two formed a joint venture for the development of the first phase of Idesia Dasmariñas that spans 11 hectares.
“This joint venture strengthens PA Properties, which has 23 years of providing affordable and quality housing to the local market while at the same time, we expect to learn from the expertise and housing technology that the 70-year-old Hankyu Realty could provide,” said Alvarez, adding that this was the third housing venture of the company outside of Japan.
For its first project, the joint venture will build over 900 units comprised of single detached, single attached, and townhouse units.
Alvarez explained that for this endeavor, PA Properties heeded the call of many homebuyers who longed to live in close proximity with nature but cannot afford to leave the luxuries of the metropolis.
“With Idesia Dasmariñas, we’ll make sure they’ll be able to spend a day strolling in the greens of the park, jog around, meditate or have some quality time with their loved ones. But at the same time, they could always get to their work, say in Metro Manila, which is just a few minutes away via the Emilio Aguinaldo Highway or Governor’s Drive,” he said.
For this development located in San Agustin, Dasmariñas City, PA Properties will offer three types of house models: Gaia, a two-storey single detached unit that offers 63 sqm total floor area and a 100 sqm lot area; Talia, a two-storey single attached unit that offers a 52.25 sqm total floor area and an 80 sqm lot area; and Aria, a two-storey townhouse unit that offers 42 sqm total floor area and a 60 sqm lot area.
“These are artfully designed Asian contemporary designed homes that hope to attract many start up families, those working in various industrial estates in the area, and even those married to a Japanese who will appreciate that this project feature minimalist design style that focus on simplicity, clean and uncluttered living and one that maintains close connection with the natural environment,” Alvarez said.
“Idesia Dasmariñas features amenities that promotes life balance. There will be Active Zones where a basketball court, covered badminton, children’s playground, a 346-meter jogging path are located; Recreation Zones will feature an outdoor cinema, Clubhouse, swimming pools indoor gym, outdoor gym, and an area to hold group activities; finally there will be the Relaxation Zones where there will be a garden, a pond, and areas to hold picnics, leisure games and even reading sessions,” said PA Properties president, Jonathan Lu.
He said Idesia Dasmariñas will be attractive to homebuyers who want to go to invigorating communities located just outside Metro Manila.
“Dasmariñas has seen dynamic growth such as this area where Aguinaldo Highway and Governor’s Drive meet. Interest in urban living has triggered increased residential developments in the area but we will be introducing lots of green spaces, tasteful amenities and of course, homes that our future residents can be proud of,” Lu said.
“Idesia Dasmariñas offers the perfect balance for living, working, playing and gathering. It’s a modern place with strong connections to authentic community living,” Alvarez added.
To get a glimpse of what Idesia Dasmariñas lifestyle is all about, PA Properties is inviting the public to visit the site on Dec. 9 for a whole day of fun activities and camaraderie.
