Sta. Lucia Mall once again dazzles the city with lights and sounds, as its Building 3 is set to transform into a magical setting filled with wondrous adventures. Christmas will truly be felt by every shopper who will be delighted by this spectacle.
Enchanted story
This year’s Christmas Special was the brainchild of visual artist and director Rene Labrador and veteran choreographer and dance master Reiko Jlo Abesamis-Sugapong.
Sta. Lucia Mall’s Christmas Special for this year will revolve around the enchanted story of a beautiful provincial lass and a beasty creature.
The story goes that the two main characters are first wary of each other. And as time goes by, each would begin to realize that a person’s true persona lies in the heart, and that one must learn to look beyond the physical characteristics and let the beauty of one’s soul speak to into one’s heart.
Painstaking preparations
Since September, the staff of Sta. Lucia Mall has been busy preparing for this much waited and sought-after event.
Costumes have been painstakingly measured and created while the music and lyrics are practiced to perfection. Skillful dancers render precious time and effort to create the perfect performance in Sta. Lucia Mall.
Last year’s ice-themed show, inspired by the tale of an ice princess, was truly enjoyed by the shoppers of Sta. Lucia Mall. Some even came from as far as Bulacan to witness the Christmas special. Surrounded by lights and music, shoppers felt as if they had been transported to a different place.
Perfect backdrop
The picture-perfect Sta. Lucia Mall becomes a hotspot for social media fanatics. Every nook and cranny turns into a magical Christmas experience, just right for posting at Facebook and Instagram.
The dazzling display of lights creates a perfect backdrop for every photograph shared with family and friends.
Shoppers can allow their heels to rest while taking in the beautiful set up of the Christmas Special. They can take a breather while singing along with music which will surely calm their tired minds.

The Sta. Lucia Christmas Special will run three shows for all Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays of December.
