Developing a Leadership Strategy in the ASEAN integration

MANILA, Philippines – The ASEAN integration being pushed by the AEC aims to achieve a highly integrated and cohesive economic community for all its members. This will open countless of opportunities for all kinds of business to promote their own products and services to a massive economic network.

For local companies to catch up to the changes brought by the ASEAN integration, it is imperative to develop the leadership capacity of their organization. Economic growth in Asia is relatively sustainable and stable despite the rapid changing needs of the consumers, global market and political atmosphere.

The 17th Achievers and Leaders Seminar: Building Organizational Leadership Development, Salt & Light Ventures one-day leadership event, is designed to build a more dynamic leadership for all types of organization in the country. This year’s theme seeks to align local business’ strategies to become major players in the ASEAN market driven by leadership development approach that will boost key leadership drivers such as skills and competencies, collective capability, leadership culture and more.

Leadership development is an ongoing process inside the organization, and effective leadership is responding to what is needed in a given situation. This will be achieved through the following:
