Rockwell Land Corp. recently held the ceremonial groundbreaking of The Arton by Rockwell in Katipunan in Quezon City.
This was a milestone for Rockwell as the 1.9-hectare The Arton is the company’s first project in Quezon City.
“We are very excited to see this come together. We have meticulously planned the project to curate the lifestyle of The Arton’s future community. This groundbreaking milestone brings us closer to turning our vision into reality,” said Vienn Tionglico-Guzman, project director of The Arton.
The Arton will feature three high rise towers and will devote 80 percent of its area for open spaces. Of the three towers, the West Tower has been made available for pre-selling.
Residents from The West Tower will thus be the first to experience the Rockwell lifestyle in Katipunan upon completion in 2021.
Meanwhile, the North Tower, containing the most amenities, is set to launch next year.
The Arton is Rockwell Land’s joint venture project with Japan’s largest real estate company, Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd.
Present during the ceremony were Rockwell Land chair Manuel Lopez as well as company president and CEO, Nestor Padilla. Also present were executives from Mitsui Fudosan namely Tomoo Nakamura and Yoshitsugu Homma.
