11:48 AM August 07, 2017

Sun Group of Companies (SGC) opens today its new and bigger home in the San Miguel district located right at the heart of the City of Manila.

This new SGC headquarters houses the company’s administration, distribution and hotel operations. The strategic location of its new home will also provide SGC’s valued clients the opportunity to interact with the company in a more relaxed environment where their specific needs and concerns will be addressed efficiently.

The inauguration of the new headquarters was graced by no less than the Mayor of the City of Manila, his Excellency Joseph Ejercito Estrada, and Senator Emmanuel “Manny” Pacquiao, who led the ribbon-cutting ceremonies and office blessing. They were joined by members of their staff, and other local government officials.

Since its establishment 15 years ago, SGC has trail blazed in industries ranging from hospitality to technology distribution. This said it now is home to several companies and some 1,200 employees.

The company’s diverse portfolio is allowing opportunities to: (1) develop, construct and sell high-rise warehousing facilities as well as numerous condominium projects in and around the Metro; (2) establish 20 new, fully-functional hotels (roughly 3,500 rooms) under the Red Hotel and Hotel 99 brands within 3 to 5 years; (3) exponentially increase the distribution of its core tech product – Xtreme TV – to soon cover the whole nation; and finally (4) distribute and install high-end construction materials through its subsidiary companies namely Reynaers Aluminium, Stone Selection and The Wood Company.

These milestones in Sun Group of Companies exemplary stewardship is a testament to the formidable leadership and perseverance of its President – Mr. Richard Lim. His vision for the company is expected to take SGC to greater heights in the years to come. ADVT
