CEB cancels Cebu, Ormoc flights due to damaged Leyte airport

Cebu Pacific has cancelled its Cebu and Ormoc flights starting July 7 to July 9 because of the reported damage seen at the Leyte airport caused by the 6.5-magnitude earthquake.

“​In light of the reported damage of the airport caused by the magnitude 6.5 earthquake in Leyte on July 6, 2017, Cebu Pacific (CEB) is cancelling the daily flight between Cebu and Ormoc from July 7 to July 9, 2017. The flights are operated by CEB subsidiary Cebgo,” the airline posted on its website on Friday.

Cebu Pacific said affected passengers may avail of three options: rebook their tickets within 30 days from the original departure date; opt for full refund; or place in travel fund for future use.
