(Updated, 10:47 a.m.) Smart Communications on Wednesday advised its subscribers that they may experience mobile internet service interruption.
Smart asked for patience from its subscribers.
“You may experience some difficulties in using our mobile internet services in your area. We are working to normalize services as soon as possible and shall keep you updated. Thank you for your patience,” Smart said in an advisory posted on its Twitter account.
In a text advisory sent to its subscribers, Smart said it was upgrading its cell site equipment in some parts of Metro Manila.
“To serve you better, we’re upgrading our cell site equipment in parts of Metro Manila on June 28-July 5. You may have intermittent signal while this is being2/2 done,” it said.
