The Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on fresh flower arrangement combined with balloon making and decorating.
This will be held on Feb. 25, Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm, at the UPIS Integrated School Bldg. UP Diliman, Quezon City.
During the seminar, participants will learn floral designing, flower preservation and what they need to know to venture into the flower business. Participants will also be taught how to decorate with balloons.
