We experience a great amount of stress as we are pulled in different directions by the demands and expectations in both our personal and professional lives. As we tick off the items on our to-do lists, are we really spending our time and energy on things that matter the most?

It takes work to find that calmness-that ability to stay focused and be comfortable with who we are-amid the busy-ness and uncertainty of the world. We have to make the choice to listen to what it is that will truly give meaning and purpose to our life journey.
