FEATURED STORIES

I think it all starts with our people. You cannot underestimate the people who work with us—the guards, the gardeners, the cleaners, and all the other the employees who make Christmas even more exciting and festive.

Emotional connection is important to the entire Rockwell family. There are no wallflowers here, and this is what allows us to provide genuine customer service.

Rockwell Land, for decades now, has been providing residents the kind of lifestyle one could only dream of. And this would not have been possible without the support of its owners—the Lopezes—who allowed for the creation of what are now regarded as “structural masterpieces and landmark developments.”

I feel I’ve accomplished something when I hear compliments about Rockwell, and one of my greatest rewards would be that even after 20 impressive years of heading the Lopez-led property firm, I would still hear friends of my children telling me that they knew they were home as soon as they see the lights of Rockwell Land.

If children could say that that to me, that would be the greatest reward you can get. It’s nice to get compliments from a banker, from a professional. But to get a compliment from young individuals, wow, you know that’s true.

Every Christmas all of Rockwell Land’s developments transform into a magical spectacle that leaves almost everyone in awe.

The lights alone make Christmas special in Rockwell and every year we make it a point to welcome the season with much preparation not only for our residents but more so for individuals and families who doesn’t even their own tree in their homes.

Christmas is for them, the spectacle that you see at the Power Plant Mall is our gift to the people and it’s our way of giving back. We want everyone to feel the spirit of the season and be one with us as we welcome another year full of hope. Everybody deserves to be happy and to have a decent place to go home to and this is why we at Rockwell always strive to provide the best.

As for myself, I could only wish for good health not only for me but also for those people who truly matter to me.

Every year there are only two occasions that I look forward to, one is Valentine’s Day as it’s my wife’s birthday and Christmas as it’s the only time of the year when I could spend a few days of quality time with my wife and children.
