UnionBank of the Philippines (UnionBank) was recognized as the Best Company to Work For at the Asia Corporate Excellence & Sustainability Awards (ACES) held recently at Shangri-La, Singapore.

ACES showcases Asia’s finest responsible corporate leaders. It honors successful individuals and companies in Asia in terms of leadership and corporate social responsibility. In this case, the winning company has showed institutionalized programs and measures to ensure that they attract top talents and effectively make them want to stay in the company.
