Developers depict true essence of the ‘Season’

splen1

As the bright, glimmering lights cast a festive glow on the city skyline in celebration of the joyous holidays, a new hope often dawns.

And with it comes the fervent wish of having one’s dreams fulfilled.

Christmas, as the cliché goes, is the most wonderful time of the year. Often, it becomes the season of reunions, unions, and even of reconciliations.

The season also brings that certain feeling of nostalgia wherein one revels in happy memories of childhood, yearing to somehow regain a part of that irrecoverable past.

But more than all this, Christmas is a season of merriment as seen in the Filipinos’ penchant for festive celebrations, decorations, and gift-giving.

Christmas, in essence, makes one more hopeful and forgiving, and allows one to see bright spots even in the darkest of days. The season thus brings with it a promise of a much better tomorrow and the belief that a brighter future awaits.

And this is something that even property developers aspire to fulfill for the people they have sworn to serve by ensuring that they are able to provide every hardworking individual that fair opportunity to realize their dreams of owning a decent home.

And with less than a month to go before Christmas, Inquirer Property asked developers to reflect and share what they think they have done over the years to make the lives of many Filipinos better and truly special.

With housing still considered as a major concern for the country, it is good to hear that there are still companies who strive to address this issue the best way they can.

And while they may not be able to cater to all those in need of decent housing, local real estate developers continue to pursue efforts to cater to a much bigger and broader market, introducing new products to better cater to those who still consider having a home an “aspiration.”

This week, we pay tribute to three developers who have been embarking on such measures, which have helped provide Filipinos access not only to high quality, masterfully planned homes, but also an improved and enhanced quality of life for them and their families.

STA. LUCIA LAND INC.

As the keeper of the flame, Sta. Lucia Land Inc. can be likened to one of Christmas’ most common symbols, which is the candle.

Using candles as a form of Christmas symbolism serves as a way to strengthen the passion that touches and burns in one’s heart.

In Sta. Lucia Land’s case, under the leadership of its ever dependable president Exequiel Robles, the company was able to keep the fire in the hearts of many Filipinos alive as it gave many families hope to fulfil a life long dream of having their own decent homes.

“I care not only for my family’s welfare. I have gone beyond that stage in my life. My mission now is to keep the fire burning in every Filipino’s heart and to ensure that the passion to dream and fulfil that dream will remain alive and strong,” Robles said.

“Right now, my work is not just to guarantee the future of my immediatel family but also of the people who work hard and sacrifice just to be able to provide a decent home for their loved ones,” Robles said.

Just like the candle that lights the path that Filipinos take, Robles can be likened to a flame keeper and a guardian who has helped ensure that everyone will have a fair chance to gain access to a community that would allow individuals to thrive and become strong enablers of society.

“It is my fervent wish to become an inspiration to many Filipinos. I hope to continuously inspire them to dream and to strive if only to ensure a bright future for their family. I, myself, have been through some challenging times because at an early age I was given a task to handle our business to ensure the survival of my family. And to this day, I could not believe how much we have accomplished. But I am well aware that this would not have been possible if not for the support of the entire clan,” Robles said.

“Filipinos are resilient and hard working—give them the proper tools and guide them fervently and you’ll be surprised at what they can accomplish. This coming Christmas, I can only hope for a better and brighter future for everyone. I hope that through our developments and our determination to help them fulfil their dreams, we could help keep the flame burning,” Robles concluded.

Rockwell Primaries

While relatively considered as the new kid on the block, Rockwell Primaries is taking its cue and inspiration to create “quality living” more accessible for a broader market from its parent company, Rockwell Land.

The parent firm has been widely recognized as a provider of worthwhile investments through that distinct lifestyle and sense of security that it has consistently offered in their world-class communities.

“Rockwell Primaries is for people who are familiar with the brand and those who want to experience the Rockwell lifestyle,” said Rockwell Land president and CEO Nestor Padilla.

Rockwell Primaries was created to help elevate lives by creating the best-value. quality homes that modern Filipinos can be proud of.

“It is our mission to provide ‘quality living’ more accessible for the broader market and we have started making these possible through our low to medium density residential projects launched since year 2013: 53 Benitez in Quezon City, The Vantage at Kapitolyo in Pasig and the latest is East Bay, our first development in Muntinlupa,” said Rockwell Primaries SVP Malou Pineda.

To date, Rockwell Primaries has been trusted as the developer of choice by families and individuals looking for livable, safe and secure communities within Quezon City and Pasig. And just this secondhalf of 2016, the company has also began to turn over units in 53 Benitez to unit buyers.

Aside from offering buyers with livable, safe and  secure communities, Rockwell Primaries has acknowledged the market’s need for convenience and the need to spend quality time with their families and loved ones.

“It is a deliberate effort in our planning and project development of all projects to feature and execute family-oriented and functional amenities, as well as ‘retail’ to address bonding, recreation, and convenience needs of the residents,” the company said.

This Christmas season, Rockwell Primaries is offering special holiday promo deals. If you reserve today, The Vantage and East Bay Residences’  monthly amortization start  from P10,000 a month until December 30, 2016.
