Regine Plan, 27, personifies a talented and wise millennial. At such a young age, she works as one of the youngest chefs in a five-star hotel in Manila.

She took her culinary education at the Red Apron Cooking Academy Philippines, and just 11 months ago, Plan finally decided that it was time to live solo and realize her dream of having her own home.

“It’s 36.58 sqm and my pad is neat and cozy. It’s feminine. It’s ideal for a single professional like me. The living room is my favorite part of the house because I can relax, watch TV, and enjoy my view when I come home from work,” Plan said.

“My work schedule is quite crazy. I just want to spend more time here thinking about how I can make it look better and of course just appreciate what I have now,” she added.

Plan advises: “When getting a condominium, make sure it suits your work and lifestyle. Young professionals should consider this great investment.”
