TELECOM holding firm Liberty Telecoms Holdings Inc. plans to delist from the Philippine Stock Exchange by Oct. 31 this year.

Liberty’s parent firm Vega Telecoms – now jointly owned by PLDT Inc. and Globe Telecom – has made a tender officer to all stockholders of Liberty at P2.20 per share in line with the delisting plan.

“After due evaluation and study of the options available to the company, the board of directors approved and authorized the voluntary delisting of the company’s shares from the PSE,” Liberty disclosed to the PSE on Tuesday.
