SM unveils upscale mall S Maison

PROPERTY giant SM Prime Holdings has unveiled S Maison, a unique lifestyle center which opened with the group’s newest luxury hotel, Conrad Manila, at the heart of the Mall of Asia complex.

Designed by French company Malherbe, S Maison, is an upscale and well-curated retail podium housing pioneering dining concepts, branded retail and well-appointed services. The new mall opened simultaneously with Conrad Manila last June 15.

The new upscale mall has three state-of-the-art Director’s Club cinemas, each with a 38-seater capacity.

“We are very pleased to launch S Maison which is envisioned to redefine the retail landscape in this part of the metropolis. It is always a delight to learn from shoppers today who are young and dynamic and whose tastes have evolved to aspire for high fashion trends and experience new and exciting dining and retail concepts. S Maison is an answer to that aspiration,” Steven Tan, senior vice president for SM Supermalls said in a press statement on Monday.
 
S Maison, situated within the Conrad Manila’s first two floors, spans 25,534 square meters. It features a number of new dining concepts, upscale retail brands and branded services.

The P6-billion 347-room Conrad Manila is a new shopping, leisure, and business hub that offers four contemporary event halls and two sophisticated ballrooms, spanning more than 4,000 square meters which are fitted with state-of-the-art audio-visual technology.
