PR firm names new president

Full Circle Communications Inc. has announced the appointment of company vice president Paul S. de Quiros as the new president of the public relations firm following the untimely passing of its president, Milen Sison-de Quiros. He was unanimously elected president during a recent meeting of the board of directors.

Paul’s more than 25 years of work experience has been anchored on the management and dissemination of information both in the government and private sectors. As an award-winning PR practitioner, he also specializes in issues/crisis communications and management.

In a statement, company chair Javier Jose L. Calero assured  clients, partners and the entire PR industry that Full Circle was still in business and fully operational.
