Layout options, amenities

The first tower will have 1,004 residences in a mix of studio, one-bedroom and right-sized two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. The right-sized units were designed to provide family members more of their own spaces. The two-bedroom units also come with a multipassenger toilet and bath, allowing simultaneous use of the facilities.

Aside from these new layout options, residents will enjoy amenities like a lap pool, kiddie pool, indoor gym and a clubhouse with a large function hall for as much as 150 guests. Prices for Avida Towers Sola units start at P2.6 million.

With Vertis North growing perceptibly, residents of Avida Towers Sola will experience life in an area dubbed the new “city center of Quezon City.”

Construction of cleared areas of the estate continues steadily with land development now above 90-percent completion. Utilities, road networks and an innovative Stormwater Management System that runs throughout the district will be completed by December.

Retail clusters

Largest hotel in QC

Beside the mall will be Quezon City’s largest hotel, Seda Vertis North. The hotel will have 438 guest rooms and will be completed in time with the district’s gardens and underground parking in 2017.
