Megaworld bags Best Developer at 2016 Philippine Property Awards

Megaworld received the highest award and 16 more accolades

Real estate giant Megaworld has been named the country’s “Best Developer” in the 2016 Philippines Property Awards held recently at the Fairmont Hotel, Makati City. With this, the company will compete against other developers in the region at the 6th South East Asia Property Awards in Singapore this November.

Aside from the much-coveted Best Developer Award, the company also received three major development and design awards, and 13 highly commended awards for various projects.

Megaworld won the Best Residential Architectural Design for Uptown Ritz, an all-suites residential tower in the up and coming Uptown Bonifacio township; Best Condo Development in Cebu for 8 Newtown Boulevard, the first residential cluster in The Mactan Newtown; and Best Condo Development (Resort) for The Vineyard Residences in Twin Lakes, a 1,300-hectare integrated tourism estate near Tagaytay being developed by Megaworld’s Global-Estate Resorts, Inc..

Among the highly commended projects were Uptown Ritz (Best Luxury Condo Development for Metro Manila); Uptown Parksuites (Best Residential Architectural Design); Uptown Mall (Best Retail Development and Best Retail Architectural Design); Uptown Tower 3 (Best Office Architectural Design); The Venice Grand Canal Mall (Best Retail Architectural Design); Salcedo SkySuites (Best Residential Interior Design); 8 Newtown Boulevard (Best Residential Interior Design and Best Landscape Architectural Design in Cebu); Marriott Courtyard Hotel (Best Hotel Development and Best Hotel Interior Design); and One Lakeshore Drive (Best Residential Development in Davao); Suntrust Shanata (Best Affordable Condo Development in Metro Manila), both being developed by Megaworld’s Suntrust Properties, Inc.
