A new real estate brokerage firm and property website that will revolutionize the way properties and projects are seen and sold was recently launched. This is the vision that Philippine Realty TV (PRTV), the first and only real estate and construction television show in the country, aims to achieve as it recently opened its own brokerage arm—“Realty Emporium” and its online platform RealtyEmporium.ph—as a response to the changing needs of both the property developers and potential buyers and sellers.
“The idea behind Realty Emporium is for us to be able to offer buyers exclusive deals from our partner developers, and for owners and brokers of exclusive high-end properties to have their listings rise above the clutter and be seen by the right target buyers,” says PRTV CEO and executive producer John Aguilar.
Through this latest innovation, PRTV partners with various groups for for-sale properties while also allowing buyers the luxury of finding the perfect deals and properties that match their needs. Featured listings and properties will be showcased on Philippine Realty TV, and will be marketed online through RealtyEmporium.ph, Facebook and Google.

Exclusive deals
Realty Emporium’s exclusive deals are the first made-for-TV and mobile-flash deals for the real estate industry. Deals for preselling, RFO (ready-for-occupancy) and NSO (nearly sold-out) properties are offered to the public in partnership with property developers. These deals are offered exclusively through Realty Emporium on a limited time basis, with offers for discounts, extended payment terms, and other perks that will compel buyers to immediately reserve or purchase a listing through Realty Emporium.
The maiden exclusive deal is with Baguio-based developer Willowtree Development Corp., which is offering exclusively through Realty Emporium an additional discount and extended payment terms on its latest project, Forbes Hall at The Residences at Brent. Other deals with some of the biggest names in real estate are currently being developed for launch in the coming months.
Exclusive listings
Realty Emporium’s exclusive listings, on the other hand, offers a collection of high-end properties being offered in partnership with property owners and broker partners. “We at Realty Emporium, together with our broker partners, hold an exclusive authority to sell the listings, giving buyers and locators the assurance that they are talking to the right person,” Aguilar shares. A glossy TV segment is dedicated per property, giving viewers a sneak peak into these ultra high-end listings.
Realty Emporium and its partner brokers have already featured properties in exclusive subdivisions such as Forbes Park in Makati, Loyola Grand Villas in Quezon City, and Ayala Alabang. Realty Emporium likewise has access to an extensive inventory of listings in exclusive subdivisions and luxury condos within and beyond Metro Manila, giving buyers a bigger opportunity to find the right kind of property that suits their preferences.
Easier proposition
Other offers and features of the site will be launched in the coming months, such as a listing of properties that Realty Emporium’s clients are “Looking for,” or “Want to buy,” making the business of matching requirements with the inventory an easier proposition than having to go through various multiple listing services.
