Xurpas puts up new subsidiary

Xurpas Inc. is incorporating a new subsidiary that will focus on providing mobile enterprise solutions to corporate clients.

In a disclosure to the exchange, Xurpas said its board had approved the incorporation of Xurpas Enterprise Inc., which would become a 99.99 percent-owned subsidiary.

Xurpas Enterprise will leverage the extensive mobile technology expertise of the corporation and its affiliated companies to help its clients in adopting mobile enterprise solutions.

“We want a group to focus on the deployment of our investee companies’ enterprise products,” Xurpas chief executive officer Nix Nolledo said.

Xurpas is a technology company that specializes in the creation and development of digital products and services for mobile end-users, as well as the creation, development and management of proprietary platforms for mobile operators.

The company also offers mobile marketing solutions to local and international consumer brands.

The company is presently valued by the market at P22.3 billion.
