Why business analysis is important in your organization

This learning event enables organizations to positively change the over-all organizational set-up through definition of needs and recommendation of appropriate solutions. With the increasing complexity on how to identify solutions to business needs, this course will cover how Business Analysis methods, tools and techniques are being used in the creation and maintenance of Enterprise Architecture.

The set of tasks and techniques used to perform business analysis are defined in ‘A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge’ (BABOK 3). It offers the participants the knowledge on the scope of responsibilities of business analyst, building a real-world model in the business workflow using successful case studies and diagrams, best practices in writing good business solution requirements and aligning Business Analysis with Enterprise Architecture practices.
