GOKONGWEI-LED property developer Robinsons Land Corp. is debuting in the fledgling office property markets of Ilocos Norte and Naga this year as part of new commercial centers rising in these upcoming business process outsourcing (BPO) hubs.

In an interview on Friday, RLC office building division general manager Faraday Go said new office hubs in Cebu, Ilocos and Naga would be completed this year.

These three new office properties will add 22,000 square meters to RLC’s office space portfolio this year. The existing office space in the portfolio is about 310,000 sq m.
