The walls of your home have the advantage of changing and transforming your space with the help of paint or wallpaper. However, one company known for wrapping cars with protective high-grade film has another option to share.
“We call ours ‘Foilainterior,’ which is, like a wallpaper, wraps your wall with various designs and colors depending on the suggestion of the owner, interior designer or our in-house experts,” said Lester Codog of Foilacar Industries, a company known for wrapping all sorts of cars with protective and trendy designs.
But unlike wallpaper, the Foilainterior wrap is easier to install, has patterns that do not fade, and best of all, it can be removed easily should the owner decide to update the design.
He shared that more real estate developers are taking notice and companies like Megaworld Corp. have decided to have parts of their flagship mall, the Uptown Bonifacio in Taguig, wrapped with Foilainterior technology.

The technology also helps in long-term costs since the wrap is as tough as paint with the added advantage of being more protective.

Codog explained: “We encourage our clients to get involved in the preparations and decorations via a downloadable free Apple-based app. This interior design app allows them to visualize and design the patterns depending on their taste and style. The possibilities are endless and the wall art design is only limited by the client’s creativity.”
Of course, Foilainterior also has its own team of five award-winning architects and interior designers, which the client can consult for the project. “We can even sync your house interiors with the color of your car, or have the car’s interiors be similar to the wall art on your house,” Codog added.
He explained that the company invested in a latex printing machine from the United States. The printing machine, which uses materials imported from Belgium, produces very realistic images that imitate almost any surface—wood, metal, stone, marble, carbon-fiber weave, leather, textile, or even a view of a scenic spot like a beach or mountain range.
The Foilainterior wrap can be applied to any wall surface in a day or two depending on the size of the project.
“With our technology, an owner will no longer have to invest on expensive stones or precious wood, just to enjoy the effect he wants inside his home,” Codog said.
