Villar group brings All Home brand to QC
THE VILLAR group is trying to penetrate Quezon City’s retail market with the opening of All Home, pitched as a one-stop shop for homebuilders and designers.
This is the 11th All Home store opened by the group and is in line with a plan to establish a chain of 20 stores by the end of next year, group founder Manuel Villar Jr. told reporters in a press briefing after the opening of the store on Friday.
Villar said if this branch, located in Vista Place near ABS-CBN, does well, it would be expanded to the next adjacent lot.
The newest store has a selling area of around 5,000 square meters. The centerpiece of the four-story store is a P15-million chandelier made by acclaimed furniture designer Kenneth Cobonpue.
Villar said the company plans to open another All Home branch in San Fernando, Pampanga before the end of the year. Its existing store in San Jose in Del Monte, Bulacan is also undergoing expansion.
For next year, All Home plans to open stores in Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, Bulacan and Batangas, among others.
