PMAP to open expo to the public

THE People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), the premier organization of human resource practitioners and people managers in the country, will hold its 52nd Annual Conference at the Marriott Grand Ballroom from Oct 12 to 14, 2015.

The conference theme this year is “HR Pilipinas: People Agenda and Beyond” that puts HR at the core, not just as a function but as a force who make up the primordial component of organizations. Leading the line-up of top-caliber speakers who will share their expertise are Hon. Herminio B. Coloma, Jr., Secretary of the Presidential Communications Operations Office; Arthur Luis P. Florentin, FPM, Executive Director of the Civil Service Institute; Joseph C. Tanbuntiong, President of Jollibee Foods Corporation; and Hon. Jose Clemente Sarte Salceda, Governor of the Province of Albay.

One of the most exciting activities of the conference is the PMAP Expo where more than a hundred companies and organizations will showcase their respective products and services to all the delegates. The good news is the expo will be opened to the public for free on the second day of the event. There will be free learning sessions at the exhibit area for people managers, HR staff, and HR students.

Also, the sought-after PMAP Awards in human resource and people management excellence once again celebrate a rich harvest of HR talents and initiatives as the winners of the Employer of the Year, People Program of the Year and People Manager of the Year Awards will be honored on the second day of this momentous occasion.
