Park living experience offered to Altura residents
A lifestyle experience of wide landscaped parks will be provided to residents of Avida Towers Altura in South Park, a 6.6-hectare mixed-use estate in Alabang.
An 8,000-square-meter central park integrates a mix of residential, office and retail establishments, allowing residents to enjoy the conveniences of modern living, all within walking distance.
Residents of the two-tower condominium will be among the first to enjoy the expansive greenery that allows a more laidback lifestyle, conducive to wellness.
Aside from the maiden residential offering, Ayala Malls South Park and the South Park Corporate Center will also rise in the district.

It is envisioned to give the city a new dynamic and vibrant place of convergence for people of all ages amid wide spaces and greenery. It shall be a place for one to refresh, rejuvenate and reinvigorate amid wide and lush, open spaces and tree-lined promenades and pathways.”

The grand lawn area adjacent to it, accentuated by iconic structures, shall be an ideal venue for rest and recreation. And lastly, a special residential park for Altura residents is more suitable for quieter and passive activities.”
These open spaces will be accentuated as points of interest and landmarks by iconic art pieces from world-renowned sculptor Reginald Yuson. Two sculptures—a large steel composition of interconnected conical forms for the grand lawn area and a sprawling composition of free-flowing three-dimensional tubes reminiscent of doodles—were designed by Yuson. They inspire vibrancy, movement and playfulness while keeping a sense of peacefulness and tranquility.
Altura will have such community amenities as adult and kiddie pools, clubhouse with function hall, outdoor gym and children’s play area. It is structured to provide free-flowing sunlight and air, emergency units and sensible amenities.
Ranging from 22 to 61 sqm, unit types are studio, one- and two-bedroom configurations. They are priced from P1.9 to P5.9 million.
Raquel S. Cruz, Corporate Planning Group head of Avida Land, said: “On top of its amenities and the retail units below Tower 1, Avida Towers Altura is within close proximity to the residential park and grand lawn of South Park district. It is just walking distance from the mall where they can shop and dine.”
South Park will have sustainable features like an underground detention tank to hold rainwater and avoid flooding the area as well as sewage treatment plant. Mango trees, which have been there since the 1960s, have been left to flourish and blend with the design of the mall.
To encourage the use of public transport, there will be transport terminal for shuttle services in the district. It will have designated areas for taxis and lay-bys for tricycles and public utility vehicles.
