West Gallery Place: a new vertical community to rise in BGC

Similar to East Gallery Place, West Gallery Place will also feature its own innovative townhouse living within a residential building. It will have two units of four-level villas that will come with its own private elevator, wraparound balconies on all levels, a pool on the first floor and a large outdoor deck. If you prefer a smaller space, this building offers six two-level villas that range from 259 to 291 square meters in size. These are three-bedroom units with balcony sizes of up to 26 sqm.

These units have a 4-meter high ceiling in the living and dining areas. On the topmost floor is the very special Skyrise 49. This unit has an area of 832 sqm that features a pool, covered terrace, an outdoor terrace, an outdoor deck and a great hall with a junior master bedroom. It is the only unit on that floor.
