Ideal homes that make people closer to key destinations
The pop-up studio unit became the centerpiece for the media launch of The Vantage at Kapitolyo, the first high-rise and integrated village of Rockwell Primaries Development Corp.
After the success of 53 Benitez, Rockwell Primaries’ first mid-rise development in New Manila, another value-for-money premium-living experience is being offered anew by Rockwell Primaries through its two cosmopolitan-designed condominium towers on a 5,600-square-meter prime lot.
Located at 50 West Capitol Drive corner United Street, Barangay Kapitolyo, Pasig City, the two-tower development offers first-rate amenities.
Company senior vice president Malou Pineda says: “Building on the Rockwell heritage, Rockwell Primaries looks to provide its customers quality service in property design and management. We are excited to introduce The Vantage of Kapitolyo, our newest project and the first high-rise development that will answer our market’s need for well-designed and spacious condo units in Pasig City, all within a reasonable price. The Vantage is strategically positioned in a prime location that’s easily accessible to every part of the Metro.”
Pop-up model unit
According to interior designer Alice Erfe, The Vantage studio is a compact unit well-designed for the modern city dweller or dwellers who want to share the small but stylish living space.

Buyers can choose from a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations ranging in size from 29 to 91 sqm. Prices range from P3.1 to P12.1 million. A total of 448 units are distributed in 28 residential floors with an average of 17 units per floor. There will be five-level podium and two-level basement parking. Homeowners can access the four high-speed elevators through their key cards.
The West Tower will provide residents the skyline view of Bonifacio Global City while the East Tower will give homeowners a spectacular view of the Ortigas skyline and the morning sun. The Antipolo view can also be seen in some units.
Two levels of retail outlets will provide unit owners shopping convenience. The two towers will be connected at the seventh floor by an amenity deck, which includes a function room, a fitness/dance studio and a meeting room.
To allow a more relaxed and carefree living experience for families and urban achievers, the amenity deck will feature unique landscaping with terraces, a courtyard and a boardwalk. There will also be a lawn play area and a fitness/dance studio deck. The lap pool and wading pool will give adults and kids time to relax after work or school.
Top priority at the new property is homeowners’ safety and security. Pineda stressed: “We will ensure that our property will have 24-hour CCTV security and key card access for all units. Being a real estate developer, our work does not end with putting up residential and commercial buildings and we always deem our homeowners’ welfare as a vital aspect that we always consider even at the turnover of their own units.” Units in both towers will be turned over to owners by September 2020.
Among the building features are main lobby, emergency backup power in common areas and selected outlet units, garbage room per floor as well as automatic fire alarm and protection system.
Closer to key destinations
The Vantage will provide residents the ideal home that makes them closer to key destinations within the Metro. True to its name, the property is at the vantage point of everything important giving homeowners the privacy and exclusivity of condo living.
Educational institutions nearby are the University of Asia and the Pacific, St. Paul College Pasig, Lourdes School of Mandaluyong and St. Pedro de Poveda College. Nearby malls are Estancia, Edsa Shangri-La, SM Megamall, Robinsons Galleria, The Podium and Rockwell Center.
The Vantage at Kapitolyo is near the Holy Family Parish Church and St. Francis of Assisi Church. It is also near leisure centers such as Ace Water Spa and Valle Verde Country Club. Also in close proximity are The Medical City and St. Luke’s Medical Center BGC.
Pineda says: “We really want to bring the convenience of city living to our residents through an integrated building of retail areas and condo units, and we are continuing to do that with The Vantage where everything comes together. The accessibility of the location and proximity to key business districts play a big role in making this an ideal home for the working individual as well as families.”
Design techniques
Erfe suggests some design techniques put into good use in The Vantage model unit:
- Mirrors to expand space;
- Light colors for the interior shell with accent colors to create ambiance;
- Accent lighting;
- Simple, consistent finishes and built-ins to accommodate storage needs and eliminate clutter.
According to her, lighting creates illusion of space, active or cozy ambiance and focal points of interest.
“Plan every nook to accommodate every need,” says Erfe to future residents. The reason behind this is that form follows function.
She advises unit owners to use simple lines, consistent finishes and neutral colors for the interiors and accent colors on pillows, artworks and accessories. These, she says, make The Vantage spaces reflect the owner’s personality.
