ROCKWELL Primaries Development Corp., a unit of Lopez-led Rockwell Land. Corp., is set to launch two new projects this year, which are expected to drive revenue and further expand the company’s residential portfolio.
In a statement issued on Thursday, Rockwell Primaries said The Vantage at Kapitolyo in Pasig City and the East Bay Residences in Muntinlupa City were projected to generate about P12 billion in revenue and make available 230,000 square meters of additional gross floor area for the parent company.
The Vantage is Rockwell Primaries’ first high-rise development that features two towers equipped with numerous amenities and flexible residential units.
The 6.5-hectare East Bay Residences is an exclusive “condominium-village” type of project and is Rockwell Primaries’ biggest development to date. It is also the firm’s first residential development in the suburban South side of Metro Manila.
“Rockwell has created something really special—a quality living experience unparalleled in the lifestyle communities it has created. As we grow with the market and build more, we will enhance value in prime or established locations, and in new developments, we will create and unlock value,” said Rockwell Land president and CEO Nestor Padilla.
“While we pursue our commitment to achieve positive growth in the high-end residential segment, we also intensify our efforts to penetrate into new markets with new projects,” he said.
Rockwell Primaries is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockwell Land, created to develop and deliver affordable premium residential options to the broader market segment.
