To address the different housing needs of Filipino families, Robinsons Homes will provide a range of residential lot sizes and choice of housing products to facilitate housing diversity.
As a perfect representation of its development philosophy—undertaking quality residential developments of enduring value—Robinsons Homes recently introduced to the media its pamana (heritage) line of house design collections.
The house designs are managed under three subbrands—the Bloomfields collection, the Brighton collection and the Springdale collection.
“Robinsons Homes is one of the country’s leading real estate brands, with more than 10,000 households nurtured and contentedly part of the growing Robinsons addresses nationwide,” said company general manager Cora Ang Ley.
Robinsons Homes considered the following as it came up with beautifully designed houses that can be passed down from preceding generations:
- Filipino families prefer that their ideal home is in a thriving community that blends serene living with urban conveniences.
- They aspire of owning a sanctuary that integrates lush landscapes to an expansive selection of lifestyle amenities.
- They only entrust this dream to a reliable developer known to build homes that stand the test of time.
With two decades of real estate experience, Robinsons Homes has established a solid track record of masterplanned subdivision developments. From its first residential subdivision developed in Antipolo, the brand now showcases over 32 masterplanned enclaves nationwide.
A complete portfolio of horizontal projects that cater to start-up or growing families aspiring to own their first home or upgrade to a better neighborhood is what Robinson Homes offers. Its products are currently managed under three subbrands: the premium Bloomfields, the mid-level Brighton and the affordable Springdale. The houses were designed by an inhouse design team headed by project architects Jerry Cayabyab and Dionella Francisco.
Ang Ley said: “Each project built under these subbrands will feature a distinct architectural concept that is rich in character. This will highlight Robinsons Homes’ value-for-money proposition and will differ in location, house and lot sizes, and types of amenities.”
She confided that in coming up with this extensive house design collection, they drew inspiration from the aspirations and the lifestyle choices of Robinsons Homes families. “The market is evolving, and we wanted to grow with them by catering to their needs the best way we can,” she added.
Comprising each collection are five design options. Set to create a benchmark of modern suburban living as well as new dimensions of prestige, comfort and practicality, the house designs feature contemporary façades rich in style and character.
Ang Ley said: “We were mindful of the layouts and the materials for the house design collection. Some of these homes were designed to house three generations, with generous living areas that are well-defined—bigger bedrooms, additional bathrooms and more spaces for family interaction and bonding.” According to her, each house design is also complemented by quality fixtures and finishing.
Bloomfields collection
Featuring sprawling home designs reminiscent of contemporary Balinese villas, the Bloomfields collection is characterized by earth-tone hues and eco-friendly features. Large glass-paneled windows, for instance, allow natural lighting and ventilation. These two-story house designs also offer a high-ceiling living room and a spacious dining room that extends to a scenic garden terrace through glass sliding doors, and an open kitchen design complete with island tables. For easy storage, there will be overhead cabinets and under cabinets.
For these designs, there are four bedrooms, including a master bedroom with private bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes, four to five toilet and baths, as well as a den which can be converted to a home office or library. Also included are balconies with an excellent vantage point for enjoying panoramic views of the enclave, and carports big enough to accommodate two cars.
Live large! Family life thrives in these Asian tropical-inspired homes, which have gross floor areas (GFAs) that vary in size from 300 to 332 square meters and with prices that start at P8.8 million. Named after beautiful iconic women—Eleonor, Elizabeth, Hillary, Marilyn and Audrey—the five designs will be made exclusively available to buyers of Bloomfields developments.
Brighton collection
Showcased in the Brighton collection are home designs inspired by contemporary Mediterranean architecture. With distinct warm hues, these two-story houses integrate comfort and style.
“We’ve designed these homes to accommodate stylish balconies and open dining and kitchen spaces so that families who live here can expand their personal space during special occasions,” explained Ang Ley.
With three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with private bathrooms and walk-in closets, these designs have four toilet and baths, a family hall, a balcony and two-vehicle carports.
Designed for growing families, this collection will have GFA that vary in size between 200 and 233 sqm and with prices that start at P5 million. Named Francisco, Stefano, Veria, Marsala and Palermo, the five designs will be made exclusively available to buyers of Brighton developments.
Springdale collection
Perfect for starting families aspiring for a better life, the Springdale collection has modern yet practical house designs. “This collection caters to the needs of everyday living—every day essentials without compromising what you value the most,” described Ang Ley.
Featuring a contemporary minimalist architecture, these two-story home designs have three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with private bathrooms and walk-in closets. They also have three toilet and baths, a balcony and single carport.
This collection will have GFAs that vary in size from 150 to 166 sqm and with prices that start at P4 million. Intended for families who want to invest in their first home and spring to a new life, the five designs were named after leaves—Spruce, Cedar, Oak, Maple and Walnut—to represent growth. They will be made exclusively available to buyers of Springdale developments.
Homeowners are assured by Robinsons Homes that they have freedom to either design their own homes according to their personal tastes or choose from the developer’s set of themed and masterplanned house collections.
“Whether you’re a starting, growing, or extended family, Robinsons Homes can offer varying home designs to suit your needs and aspirations,” shared Ang Ley. Living in a Robinsons Homes development, she said, is a step forward for your family to experience living the good life that can last for generations to come.
